INFORMATIONS A-Z

AIR CONDITIONING:
In the upstairs rooms of the pension there is a cooling and heating air conditioning system for our guests. The control panel and operation guide are located in the rooms. Please always switch off the equipment when leaving the room and / or opening the window.

BED FOR CHILDREN:
Please turn to the reception.
BED -CLOTHES:
Bed-clothes is changed once a week for longer stays. On request, you can change your bed- clothes more often for an additional fee. Please turn to the reception.
BIBLE:
The Bible is on the nightstend.
BREAKFAST:
The breakfast is available from 07:00 until 10:00 in the restaurant in the basement of our
pension.
CHECK IN:
Check-in is possible from 14:00 until 22:00 at the reception of a guest house. All guests are required to prove their identity with an identity card or passport to occupying the room, in accordance with legal requirements. A daily accommodation fee entitles you to use the room from 14:00 until 10:30 the next day. Please pay the full amount of the stay at check-in. Thank you for your understanding!
CHECK OUT:
Please leave the room by 10.30 on the day of departure. If you would like to stay longer, please turn to the reception.

CLEANING:
Daily cleaning is done between 10:00-14:00 . In case you need extra cleaning, please turn to the reception.
COMPLAINTS, OBSERVATIONS:
If you have any complaints or remarks during your stay, please let us know at the reception.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE:
There is no currency exchange in our pension. For banking options, see Bank, ATM.
DRINK BAR:
It is available to our guests near the reception .
ELECTRICITY:
The electric current is 220V / 50 Hz. In the bathroom we have only a power source suitable for the use of razors and hair dryers, for all other devices please use the sockets in the room. The use of flammable equipment in the rooms of the pension is FORBIDDEN! eg: water heater, double stove, oil cooler, fan, induction hob, etc.
ENTRANCE:
The front door is open until 22:00. In case of later arrival, use the doorbell.
EMERGENCY EXIT:
Please read the information posted on the room door. In case of emergency, use the main entrance as the main escape route.
FIRE ALARM:
If you notice smoke or fire, please notify the reception immediately. In the event of a fire alarm, leave the building immediately on the designated escape route. You can find more things at the bottom of the page!
GUEST COMPLAINT HANDLING:
The reception of our pension tries to remedy any guest complaints. If you are dissatisfied with the solutions offered by our staff or would like to make a further complaint, please make a note of our problem at our reception and we will respond in writing to your complaint in accordance with the law within 30 days. We hope that we can help our guests with their problems.

HOLIDAYS:
Hungary's official holidays: 1 January, 15 March, Good Friday, Easter Monday, 1 May, Pentecost Monday, 20 August, 23 October, Christmas (25,26 December)
INTERNET:
In the Pansion rooms and in public areas Wifi is available for free of charge for our guests. 
KETTLE:
Can be found and used in designated places per storey. It is forbidden to bring kettles and other kitchen electrical and gas appliances into the rooms.
LOST PROPERTIES:
We keep the forgotten items for a month.
MAINTENANCE:
If you find a device that needs to be repaired, damaged, inoperable or malfunctioning in the pension, please inform the reception.
MAP:
Free information maps can be found on the information desk in front of the reception.
MEDICAL HELP:
In case of health problems you can ask for medical help at the reception. Thermometers and wound dressings are also available at reception.
OUR ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SERVICES:
Our guests can consume and use centrally filtered, soft water in the entire area of our pension. The hot water is produced by a solar system, the power supply is by a solar system. Waste collection is selectively treated.
PARKING:
Our pansion has a camera-monitored, closed car park, which guests can use free.
PETS:
1 small pet per room can be brought into the pension free. For all additional pets you have to pay the price, wich you can ask the reception. Pets can only be admitted to the area with a valid vaccination book. If the pet causes any damage to the boarding house, the owner is obliged to compensate the damage.
PHARMACY:
The nearest pharmacy is located 150 meters from the pension: BENU Fekete Sas Gyógyszertár, Address: 9025, Győr, Híd u.15. Tel: (06-96) 529-882. If you have any further problems, please contact the reception.
PHOTO COPY:
Photo copying is possible at the hotel reception. Ask at the reception about fees!
PHONE:
If your phone is damaged or lost, contact the reception for a temporary replacement device.
PLAYGROUND:
The playground has been set up on the floor of our pension for the youngest children. Children can use the placed toys with parental supervision.
PROGRAMMES:
It is possible to get information and tickets for concerts, theatre, ballet, cinema, sight-seeing and other programmes via the reception of the pansion. For further information please turn to the reception.
RADIO:
Satellite and local radio stations can be received via the TV.

RESTAURANT:
In the basement of our pension there is a home-made restaurant with Hungarian offer for our guests. It is an excellent opportunity to taste dishes made from local ingredients and wines from our region. Opening hours can be found on the current food page in the rooms.

SECURITY SYSTEM:

Our pension has a video surveillance and recording system. Security screening for personal and property protection is available 24 hours a day.

SAFE:
You can hind a safe box in the wardrobe. Instruction sheet is near the safe. If you have any further questions, please contact the reception.
SMOKING:
Smoking is forbidden in the Pansion area.

TELEVISION:
You can choose from Hungarian and foreign TV channels. Please have a look at the information on the TV.
THERMAL BATH:

TRANSPORT:
In connection with traffic information and ticket purchase, inquire at the reception or at the following website: www.volanbusz.hu/en
TOILETRIES:
In the dispensers placed in the bathrooms you will find complete toiletries suitable for hand washing, showering and hair washing. If you have any further questions, please contact the reception.
TOWELS:
Towels and bath towels are provided in each room for all guests. Towels must not be taken out of the pension! In case of loss, we will charge an additional fee. Towel change is obligatory every 3 days, please ask at reception for further requests. Towels can be changed more often on request at an additional cost. Please take into account the environmental impact of any daily replacement.
WAKE-UP SERVICE:

WEEKLY NEWS, NEWSPAPER:
In the lobby of the pension you can read local newspapers and information publications.
WASTE COLLECTION:
Selective waste collectors have been installed in our pension, please use this option when disposing of your daily waste.
WASHING AND IRONING:
Washing is available for a fee. An ironing board and ironing stand are available on request

WELLNESS SERVICES:

Dear guests!

You will find hospitality and security in our pension.
During the activities allowed in the room, the possibility of a fire occurring is small - but according to the legal regulations - we are prepared to deal with the problems. We ask for your help and understanding to prevent fire. The diagram in the room shows the position of your room and the nearest emergency exit. There is a fire extinguisher on each floor of the guest house, the exact location of which can be seen in several attention-grabbing figures. The position of emergency exits, escape routes, fire extinguishers is marked with an international sign. Please memorize these during your stay.

IN CASE OF FIRE, PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING!

In case of fire, give a fire alarm. - (THERE IS A FIRE - THERE IS A FIRE!) - The alarm for the other guests must be started immediately. Follow the instructions of the staff, keep calm, do not panic! Keep doors and windows closed, switch off electrical equipment! If it is no longer possible to drive in the corridor, stay in the room and seal the gaps in the door with a damp cloth against smoke. Wait for the fire department to arrive. Leave the house only on the marked escape route. Please cooperate!

Only smoke in the designated area throughout the house!

Do not use electrical appliances other than electric shavers, hair dryers and electric toothbrushes in bathrooms!

Do not leave the TV and air conditioning unattended! If you leave your room, always turn them off! Unplug all electrical appliances when not in use.
